I have worked a variety of different jobs over the last 20 years. My first job was working for Taco Time in West Haven, UT in 1999. I didn't go back that far... yet. I am currently content in my position, but I always entertain new opportunities.
My top two values are honesty and compassion. I am love working at a company with strong culture and values that mirror my own. I am interested in growing my career and moving into a Director or Manager role.

As Product Manager for
As the Product Manager for the SupplyShift platform, I collaborate and innovate with our dynamic group to create software the enables companies to make better business decisions within their supply chains. I dive deep into what information companies need to know to understand how they are spending their money and to make informed decisions around spending that money on ethical and sustainable products.

West Marine - UX Product Manager EComm for WestMarine.com Jan 2019 - Aug 2019
As UX Product Manager for Ecommerce at West Marine I managed the return on investment (ROI) for the website WestMarine.com and WestMarinePro.com. Combined, these websites generate approximately $100M in revenue and host over 100K unique visitors per day
During my time on the West Marine team I revised internal processes to maximize team efficiency, created these processes in Jira as system administrator and reshaped the roadmap.
I led the addition of pick-up in store capabilities to the retail website which is still in pilot launch but already responsible for over $50K in sales
Motorola Solutions - Product Manager CommandCentral Jail Jul 2017 - Dec 2018
As the Product Manager, I led the effort to depreciate Motorola’s 3 legacy software solutions for inmate management. Motorola provides solutions for jails across the US, which contributes to reoccurring revenue of over $5M annually. In addition, I led the vision and roadmap for CommandCentral Jail, which belongs to the new line of Motorola’s cloud based suite. This is expected to grow in value reaching $10M dollars in new sales and $20M annually as profits are moved to a SaaS based business model.
I managed collaboration across several departments and teams to ensure product success and suit cohesion. I managed and groomed the backlog of the development team and evaluated the business value of each.
I developed a new method and resource for collecting customer data and creating a quick feedback loop to improve our agile methodologies. This practice was rolled out to all the other teams across the entire software enterprise. I received recognition for my achievements and contributions.
Clinical Consultants - Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor (ACMHC) Jan 2017 - Dec 2018
Clinical Consultants is a community clinic that addresses emotional, psychiatric and chemical dependency from a holistic approach using combination of psychotherapy and addiction processing to helps patients with their dependency and recovery issues while providing relief from emotional and psychiatric impairments.
I started at Clinical Consultants as an intern in January of 2017 and was offered a part-time position as an Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor in July of 2017. Prior to my departure, I was running intensive outpatient (IOP) groups. I maintained clinical records and documentation per program protocols. This included all documentation required of a clinician, such as notes, treatment plans, and safety plans.
In the past, I was accountable for providing screenings, assessments, and triaging patients; conducting New Client Orientation; creating treatment plans, assisting in case management, report and record keeping, and consultation with other professionals in regard to substance use disorder treatment. I have managed individual caseloads.
I utilize techniques such as motivational interviewing, solution focused therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
Willis Towers Watson - Product Owner Aug 2015-Aug 2017
As a Product Owner I defined and prioritized the work of one or more development teams by aligning feature and product requests with business value. I also acted as the voice of the customer in product development decisions for internal tools and for the external website which helped retirees choose their health insurance plans. I provided the final release approval upon development and quality assurance meeting feature acceptance criteria.
Utah Army National Guard -- Arabic Linguist Nov 2014-May 2017
As a member of the National Guard I conducted drill exercises one weekend a month and participated in annual training.
This position required:
- Language maintenance - Modern Standard Arabic
- Thorough understanding of Middle Eastern culture
- A TS/SCI Security Clearance
- Knowledge of a wide range of telecommunication theories, concepts, principles, practices, procedures and operational requirements.
- Maintenance of physical standards.
- Acted as Master Resiliency Trainer (MRT) for the unit

Duties include:
- Translating and interpreting Arabic
- Planning, preparing and presenting briefings and trainings to peers and superiors

- Assisting in the set up or use of PBX TDM/IP systems, video and audio teleconferencing, paging and wireless communication services.
- Conducting mandatory training on SHARP, EEO and Suicide Prevention.

True Life Treatment Center, LLC - Associate Mental Health Counselor Intern (ACMHC-I) Jul 2016-Jan 2017
True Life Treatment Center, LLC was a treatment center for adults struggling with addiction and other related mental health issues. During my internship there I provided a variety of services.
I was accountable for providing screenings, assessments, and triaging patients; conducting New Client Orientation; creating treatment plans, assisting in case management, report and record keeping, and consultation with other professionals in regard to substance use disorder treatment.
I conducted both individual and group sessions. The group sessions are part of an intensive outpatient program (IOP). These sessions are 3 hours long and include both an psycho-educational piece as well as processing. I reacted to crisis intervention; provided patient education; facilitated continuity of care; assisted in medication planning (in cooperation with our MD); provided referral and care management. I maintained clinical records and documentation per program protocols. Including all documentation require of a clinician such as notes, treatment plans and safety plans; in addition to intake reports, completing and filing utilization reviews and other case management paperwork
I used techniques such as motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, emotion focused therapy and techniques based on the works of John Gottman and Brene Brown. Utilized different techniques of art therapy, yoga, and a variety of psycho-educational classes.
In addition, I assisted with light web design and assisted in IT related tasks, such as setting up computers for clients and setting up the Internet.
